Grenada is the only Caribbean CBI nation with a U.S. E-2 Treaty. However, under the AMIGOS Act signed into U.S. law, citizens who obtain their passport via financial investment must now meet a strict requirement before applying for an E-2 visa:
You must be physically DOMICILED in Grenada for 3 continuous years.
